December 2018 Overview

•Closed sales decreased 10.3% for detached homes, and 50.0% for attached homes.

•Pending sales decreased 33.3% for detached homes, and increased 33.3% for attached homes.

•Inventory increased 71.4% for detached homes, and 900.0% for attached homes.

•The median sales price was up 3.3% to $625,000 for detached homes, and 4.6% to $419,000 for attached homes.

•Days on market increased 24.2% for detached homes, and 59.1% for attached homes.

•Supply increased 100.0% for detached homes, and 850.0% for attached homes.
