San Diego Real Estate Market Update – January 2019

The most recent numbers for San Diego County home sales are out, and we want to share them with you to give you a glimpse of what’s going on in the market!

December 2018 Overview

•Closed sales decreased 19.9% for detached homes, and 32.5% for attached homes.

•Pending sales decreased 4.6% for detached homes, and 13.2% for attached homes.

•Inventory increased 29.6% for detached homes, and 55.9% for attached homes.

•The median sales price was up 2.5% to $625,000 for detached homes, and 3.5% to $419,000 for attached homes.

•Days on market increased 14.7% for detached homes, and 52.0% for attached homes.

•Supply increased 37.5% for detached homes, and 66.7% for attached homes.
